- 3 Bananas Ripe, Mashed
- 1/3 cup Oil
- 3 Eggs Large
- 1 box Chocolate cake mix Or Devil’s Food cake mic
- 1 cup Chocolate chips Regular or mini
- 1/2 cup Mini chocolate chips For topping
- 3/4 cup Walnuts Chopped, For topping
- In a large mixing bowl, mix together mashed bananas, oil and eggs until smooth.
- Add cake mix, chocolate chips and mix until just combined. Don’t over-mix!
- Pour batter into two greased/floured loaf pans (Dimensions: 8×4).
