Strawberry Smoothie Recipe

There are only 4 ingredients in this strawberry smoothie and if you really pushed yourself, I bet this could be a 30 second meal ;). The coconut milk makes it so smooth and delicious, but you can use a different base and work with almond milk, cows milk or even water if you’re counting those darn calories. This one’s very summery and fun! Makes about 4 cups, which is 2 1/2 servings in our house ;).

Ingredients

  • 1
    cup
    coconut milk
    original (or almond milk, or regular milk)
  • 1
    cup
    strawberries
    tops removed for color preservation reasons only
  • 1
    banana
  • 1
    cup
    pineapple
    frozen

Instructions

  1. Combine all of your ingredients in the order that they are listed (liquid on the bottom and frozen on top).
  2. Blend until smooth and serve to the folks who have probably formed a line behind you ;).
