This easy 5 ingredient mango salsa with avocado only takes 5 minutes to make and hits your taste buds in all the right spots; sweet, savory, tangy and fresh. This recipe makes 2 1/2 cups of salsa.

Ingredients

    mango
    diced
  • 1
    avocado
    diced
  • 1/ 2
    red onion (medium)
    finely chopped
  • 1/2
    bunch fresh cilantro
    (about 1/2 cup chopped)
  • 2
    Tbsp
    lime juice
    (from 1 medium lime)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine diced mango, avocado, finely chopped red onion and chopped cilantro.
  2. Squeeze 2 Tbsp of fresh lime juice over the top or add lime juice to taste. Toss gently to combine and serve.
